In Sanskrit, Kaia means ‘body’ – the purest form of existence. Our body is the temple where the soul resides while we are in this world. Kaia is the temple.

That is what Kaia and Me is all about. Keeping mind, body and soul connected is our life’s purpose.

At Kaia and me we offer beautiful clothing created from beautiful natural materials like organic cotton and  bamboo. We create beautiful underwear and lounge-wear from silk, org cotton and modal with a touch of spandex, We create each piece with love and care.

Our mission is to donate a pair of panty for each pair sold. We have already donated to the Covanent House and the women of east side of Vancouver via Powell st medical clinic.

Kaia and Me scarves are available in many stores in BC, NWT and Australia. Kaia and Me scarves can be worn as tops in many different ways. Kaia and Me shawls can be worn as dresses or shawls, watch the video.
