WHERE ARE YOUR CLOTHES MANUFACTURED?

KAIA AND ME is proud to say that all our clothes are made in Canada and ethically in a working environment that is in compliance with Canadian Labour Laws. We are supporting the Canadian economy one item at a time.

IS YOUR CLOTHING MACHINE WASHABLE?

Yes, machine wash in cold water, hang to dry since there are embellishes on our products, heat might cause it to come off in the dryer. It’s better for the environment to let clothes hang to dry.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping fee is flat rate of CAN $6.00 per item add another item for $3.00. We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping time.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

At KAIA AND ME we take pride in providing exclusive, quality merchandise online.  We check our inventory every so often but if an item is not available our customer care specialist will contact you.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

KAIA AND ME takes pride in providing superior merchandise and service. If for any reason you do not like the item you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to exchange or refund the merchandise. Merchandise returned should be in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of original item back to us.

We work hard to ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible; therefore it is difficult to change or cancel an order once placed. Order cancellations and modifications should be made prior to shipment to avoid credit card charges. Once an order is in-process; a cancellation or modification will be treated as a return, eligible for the purchase amount less shipping cost once the item is returned to us.

WILL YOU KEEP MY INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes, any information you give us is used only to process your order, send you exclusive information, special offers, reply to your questions and improve our website. We do not store any credit card information. We will not divulge any personal information without your written consent unless required by the Law.
