SALES POLICY
- Returns & Exchanges
At Kaia and Me we want our customers to be happy. We do our best to show all the colors and designs available for our products on the website, as well as having detailed pictures of the products to browse through. If you have received a product that you do not like for any reason it can be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase. All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of the shipping date to be eligible for credit. All garments must be unworn and with the original hang tags in place to be considered for
return or exchange. Worn or damaged garments will be returned to the customer at their expense.
All orders are processed within 24 hrs and shipped via Canada Post, and should arrive within 5-7days. (Rush shipping is also available at an additional charge).
- Shipping Fees
Shipping fee is flat rate of CAN $8.99. We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping time. Please contact us at

- Sales Tax
12% HST applies to all orders within BC.
- Merchandise Availability
At KAIA AND ME we take pride in providing exclusive, quality merchandise online. We check our inventory every so often but if an item is not available our customer care specialist will contact you.
- Order Changes & Cancellations
We work hard to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible; therefore it is difficult to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Order cancellations and modifications should be made prior to shipment to avoid credit card charges. Once an order is in process, a cancellation or modification will be treated as a return, eligible for a credit voucher for the purchase amount less shipping cost once the item is returned to us.
